Refund policy

All our presets are made with love and expertise ♡

Of course the possibility still exists that you might not be satisfied with your purchase. The return policy applies as follows:

1. Did you already download your presets? Then unfortunately no refund is possible. Due to the digital nature of the products, it cannot be guaranteed that a customer will no longer use the product after a refund.

   But, because we find it extremely important that you are satisfied, you can always send an email to hello@ohmypresets.com and we will look for a suitable solution together to make sure you’re satisfied.

2. Did you buy presets but didn’t download them yet? Then you can request a refund up to 14 days after the purchase date. You can do this by sending an email to hello@ohmypresets.com.
